Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using lexierich.com and associated services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lexie Rich Movement ("we," "us," or "our").
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Registration
To access our classes and content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscription and Payments
Access to our class library requires a paid subscription:
- The Foundation membership is billed at $39 USD per month
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Partial month refunds are generally not provided, as the subscription grants access for the full billing cycle
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Private Training Sessions
1:1 virtual training sessions are booked separately from the subscription at $175 USD per session. Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Multi-session packs are available upon request.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including videos, images, text, graphics, class programming, series structures, and branding — is the intellectual property of Lexie Rich Movement and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any class videos or content
- Screen record, capture, or redistribute any classes or materials
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Our classes are designed for general fitness and wellness purposes. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You participate in all classes and exercises at your own risk
- Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- You should consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant
- We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from the use of our content or platform
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexie Rich Movement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of termination for a breach of these terms, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
